FAQs

What are your products made of?
All Mia + Finn Bedding and Table linens are made of 100% cotton.

Sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and shams are made of 300 T/C percale cotton and quilts are made of cotton voile and cotton batting.  Coasters and placemats are made of cotton canvas and napkins of cotton poplin.

Please also note that Mia + Finn prints use low-impact, fiber-reactive dyes, which don’t contain any heavy metals and are AZO-free.

Why isn’t the pattern on the item I purchased uniform?
Slight variations resulting from our hand-printing process are occasionally visible in our products. We do not consider them defects but rather part of the beauty of our lines. For example, differences in print density, finish and color may occur. Furthermore, perfect alignment or the exact repetition  of a pattern cannot be guaranteed.

Will my printed item fade?
The Mia + Finn printing process guarantees long-lasting colors. However, it is natural for the prints to fade slightly over time. Washing Mia + Finn items with mild detergent without harsh chemicals and at a gentle cycle setting will further guarantee that your products retain their original hues. Please make sure to follow the care label directions and remember to never bleach. We also recommend that you hang dry rather than use a dryer. If you absolutely must tumble dry, please do so at low temperatures.

Can I buy a sheet set?
Except for the standard/queen/king pillow cases and the Euro shams, which are all sold in pairs, we currently only sell our bedding items individually. The reason for this is to allow you to freely mix and match our products.

Are your products available in California king sizes?
For the time being, we do not offer California king size bedding.

Are tablecloths available? Are bed skirts available?
We currently do not carry these two product categories but we hope to do so in the near future.

Do you sell fabric by the yard?
We currently do not sell fabric by the yard, but it’s likely that we will in the future.

Where can I find a store in my area?
Mia + Finn retail locations are listed on  the Retailers page of this website.

How do you ship orders?
We use UPS for all shipments. Please refer to our shipping policy on  the Terms and Conditions page of this website.

What if an item I want to purchase is not in stock?
When an item is no longer in stock, you can sign up to receive an e-mail once this item is available again. To do so, simply check the box “Please contact me when this product is back in stock” and enter your contact information.

Can I return a product?
You can return a product if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our return policy on  the Terms and Conditions page of this website.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
We currently only offer standard packing. When gift-wrapping becomes available, it will be indicated accordingly in the checkout options.
